Billet Casting House

to support high quality billet production in sizes of 4.5″, 5″, 7″, and 10″. We use a Hot Top Casting System together with a Homogenizing Furnace, which can consistently and accurately control the high temperature. We also can rapidly cool down the material in our separate cooling chamber in order to achieve the billet’s required crystalline structure. Annual billet production capacity is 20,000 tons and extrusion output capacity of 42,000 tons.
